I was there to exchange a battery on warranty from out of town. Took my hat off and left it on the counter. Wouldn’t be a big deal, except my son got it for me. I don’t remember the ladies name, but she called me to let me know I left my hat. Told her I wouldn’t be back in the area. She is going to mail it home for me! AAAA++++++ on the customer service!!!!

on our way back to ohio, we had a windshield wiper fall off, the two men working were very helpful and put the new wipers on for us, took a solid 4 minutes to get us back on the road for a 9 hour trip.
