I took two tires to Marion Tire Friday September 20,2024 around 10:00am to replace them with two new tires got home from work around 5:00pm one Tire flat and the other one still up. How did they didn't know the Tire were leaking air. Someone is not properly doing there job checking for air leaks or that person doesn't need to be changing tire.

There's many other tire repair shops around. Yet they are the best.. I get all my tire repair and replacements here. Yes . Some days are busy yet they will advice you to leave your vehicle or give you an estimated time to come back. Some days you'll get lucky and bam you're in and out. Hey also.. they participate with the Snap program. Even if you have the cash you can use the snap program. Once you do the application you'll be notified if you're approved and for how much.. I paid off rims and multiple sets of new tires for several vehicles I own. Did I tell you the repayment is cheap depending on how often you get paid. I paid 26 dollars per week until I got my amount down to a amount I wanted to just pay off. Also you can pay the full amount within 90 days to cut the interest. And I love it. Much Respect

They are very slow and have 15 mechanics walking around you have to wait 4 hours for a tire change. You call and ask for a tire size they are unsure about and you won’t get a reach back out . Unprofessional.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If you’re going to buy some used tires from here expect dry rotting inspite of the tread appearing to look good. My husband bought a full set and had them a mere 7 weeks and went to Florida and 2 blew from the rim (could have killed him!). He had the presence of mind to hold the steering wheeling firmly and get to the shoulder of the interstate. He called roadside, who came promptly, but cost $750 for more used tires which we still had to replace for a new set for caution. He went to Marion Tire upon his return and all they could talk about was their 30 day return policy. Well, I’ll be damned! He should have gotten more than 7 weeks for what they claimed to be a good set at the initial purchase. Bad business!!!

I would have appreciated the call back they were going to give me. Which I never received. Found a new tire shop. Was very pleased the first time I used this company. Would have appreciated any type of response whether they had it or not.
