As far as the main store the employees are nice, but the pharmacy, the employees are about as rude as anybody could be. They always act like you're bothering them! No other CVS that I've been to acts like this, it's ridiculous!

The worst CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN South Carolina they are extremely slow and made me go outside and wait in the hot heat to get my medication from the drive thru because inside window malfunction it was 90 degrees with humidity

The pharmacy staff isn't very friendly and even though (when their actually open) they have what seems like 8 Techs all too busy to help you...I'm just surprised, with all these negative reviews and experiences how corporate doesn't do something liiiiike fire everyone and hire people that actually appreciate having a job.I've never REALLY had a bad experience with them but not being keen on Sat AND Sunday is kind of ridiculous. Probably because none of the staff wants to work even when they're there...I mean how are you going to be aCVS with ZERO weekend hours for this pharmacy...I'm switching to Walmart next month because I have to wait until Monday now for a script I NEEDED filled in SATURDAY.Bad business CVS, time for corporate to step in and make some changes... I'd they even care. Doubtful though...

Worst place ever to get ur meds my doctor sent over my prescription went to get it and says it not ready yet come back at certain time go back and now oh don't see it being sent so next day had to go back to ask doc nurse did she send it over and said it was sent so went back told them what was said they said nope don't see it smh all those techs are a joke and don't care if ppl need their meds am at Walmart now with no stress and get my meds promptly and on time..

Tired of calling the pharmacy and never get an answer. They just need to shut down the lines be long and prescriptions never be ready on time they constantly put things on hold instead of filling it.

Why can’t CVS keep enough pharmacists & techs on staff to run it efficiently? Long lines at the drive thru & inside the store. Forget calling! Either way, they take 20 plus minutes to answer, answer & immediately put you on hold, or never answer your call. And Now the pharmacy is only open from 10 am - 6 pm, & is closed Saturday & Sunday. There are so many times they don’t have your regular prescriptions in stock, Regular prescriptions that you buy Every Month. Ugh!

Never answer phone in pharmacy, drive thru window is absolutely filthy, can't even see when person is there and can't hear them when they are as they don't open window. Super slow, moving my scripts to Walmart.

You will stay on hold for hours. They never answer the phone and they will watch you sit at the drive thru window while it’s open and not help you.
