“We were traveling and the tread on our tire started falling off. We went to two tire places in a very small town and they didn’t have the tire we needed. The guy recommended that we drive the 30 miles to Manning,SC to get to Ervin’s Tires. So glad we did. They were able to call around and get the right tire quickly and put it on our car. They jacked the car up with me and my little granddaughters in the car and got us back on our way. Everybody there is super nice! “I would like to praise the service department. I would like to highlight Chad, Ryan and Mark. I owe them a debt of gratitude. On July 1st, I ran over a piece of steel on Interstate 95. I blew out a tire and damaged the mag wheel on my 2019 Cadillac CT6. I must add, I'm a Massachusetts resident that was passing through South Carolina on my way to Florida. I was on a tight schedule. The state trooper recommended Prothro. I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to help me out, because they weren't a Cadillac dealership. I couldn't have been more wrong. I stated my predicament and the urgency. Ryan said they could secure the tire and wheel. He also stated the delivery truck typically arrives around 12pm the following day. I booked a hotel room in town and arrived back at the dealership at 11am the following day. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me the truck was there with my tire and wheel. They quickly installed the new tire and wheel. I was on my way at 12 noon. I can't thank these guys enough.”
