The service department called me to say they were ahead of schedule and I could come in earlier for the oil-change on my Kia. When I arrived, I was greeted politely. The process was explained clearly, I enjoyed the clean waiting room (with snacks!), and the car's service was completed quickly. Great job, Santee!

Took my Chrysler in today for oil change. Time to do oil change was reasonable. I had a Chrysler contract for oil change. I already knew this dealership charges a ten dollar fee to honor the contract, which is a rip off. The other closest dealer doesn't do full synthetic oil so it was cheaper to pay the fee then to drive a longer distance for service. When the service was complete today and I paid for the extra quart of oil that my car needed and the ten dollar fee they charge, I knew it seemed a little higher than before but I thought the price of oil had increased. I didn't look close at the paperwork until I went to my car. The increase in price was due to a $1.99 doc fee that was added to my bill. I went back in and talked to the service advisor and he said it was a new fee added to cover the cost of preparing the paperwork for my service. That is insane. I will not go back there for any service and I would never consider buying a new car from that dealership.The dealership should have made me aware of this fee before servicing my car. There is not any signs posted concerning this fee. Just a big RIPOFF.

I came to Santee desperate to get home. I was on vacation and driving back home. Hundreds of miles from home, my Jeep died on the side of 95. After 11 hours and two tow trucks later, I arrived at Santee Jeep at 6:30 in the morning to closed gates. I waited there until they opened at 8AM. While they had a full docket of repairs to do that day, they did everything they could to diagnose and fix my jeep to get me, my family and my dog back on the road to get home. They accommodated me and allowed me to wait in the building with my large dog for the entire service. After finally figuring out what the issue was, they called in a favor to another Jeep dealership to get the part I needed that they did not have on site. After the repair, Randy my mechanic, tested the truck to ensure that it would not happen again on my ride home. Lynsey and Mallory were fantastic in the office and Larry took care of me and kept me in the loop throughout the day. I cannot say how appreciative I am of their kindness and how much they went out of their way to get me home. Thank you!
