Due to many life hardships, I got behind on having my golden doodle professionally groomed.Apologetic to staff, head low, as husband and I returned. No extra charges, nothing but kind words as we explained unexpected life hardships kept us from getting her to the groomers.We all left happy, extremely grateful and our girl looked great.I love these folks!!!
