This rating is for CVS on Boyce Street in Manning. It does not allow you to do a review on their website. The front store is awesome and would get a rating of 5. Tonya (both of them), Nancy, and Sabrina are all pleasant, professional, and friendly. The pharmacy at the Manning CVS is a completely different story. Today I went to pick up an 89 year old's medication. It was filled on the 7th of last month however they refused to fill it on the 11th. Jaleel Jennings, who calls himself a pharmacist, is the worst pharmacist they have ever had. He cares nothing about the patient and should be fired. I see he had a temper tantrum that another customer noted where he kicked the wall and knocked over a bunch of baskets. How he is the lead pharmacist tells you that CVS pharmacy needs much improvement. Giving a 1 is too high of a rating for this pharmacy.

horrible service! Pharmacy tech treats customers like dirt. I have always had problems with them. Never have meds and when asked to transfer to another CVS they never call in those prescriptions. After today I've had enough. Pharmacy tech was so rude to me. He Actually said " ugh, I was afraid you were going to do that!" When I asked him "do what? " he said " hand me those cards " of course I would give him my insurance card if he is saying it's not in their system. I pay for prescription insurance don't I? Isn't that his job? Not my fault they don't have it in the system when I have given It to them multiple times. Then, after waiting in a long line in the drive-through he told me I was going to need to go inside if I wanted to give him prescription cards. I asked for my prescription back and I am now transferring all of my family's prescriptions to Walgreens. I only left Walgreens years ago because of insurance. Completely done with CVS!

I cannot with this CVS location. I recently switched all of my prescriptions to a different location. The staff turn around is always high. If you need a prescription they will tell you it will be an hour to get it. The drive thru always takes forever and once you get stuck in it, you cannot get out. Anytime I call the pharmacy, no one ever picks up. I have been in the store several times and the phone is going off the hook and the employees do not pick it up at all. This location is the most convenient to where I live, but never again. I have tried to go here many times and I leave there upset every single time.

0 STARS so let's put it this way, I work literally right across the street and I would rather drive 10 miles to a Walgreens than to go into that store, new girl working last time I went in and had no idea what she was doing, and the systems were down so you couldn't even purchase anything, called over there to see if system was back up and ignored 4 of my calls. They need to tear this pos down and build a Walgreens .

I have been a customer to the Manning location since 2012. I have found the employees to be very courteous and helpful. They are very understanding when I want to split my checkouts to maximize my savings through printed Extra Bucks. The app is very user-friendly and I refill my meds constantly while using the app. I like that the pharmacist is very knowledgable and very willing to educate customers on new medications, side effects, drug interactions, etc. Plus, it's kind of nice being recognized by name by the pharmacist when I walk up. That makes me feel much more comfortable and at ease. I have found the store to he very clean. The bathrooms are always a good indicator on cleanliness and this CVS definitely passes muster! I like that the prices of items are clearly labeled and weekly sales tags are updated promptly. The wait time for prescriptions is usually between 1-2 hours but is understandable since they are the biggest pharmacy in the small town of Manning, which is still considerably less of a wait time than the local Walmart pharmacy. I definitely recommend the Manning CVS and give this store a 5-star review quite easily, considering how stringent with my judging can be. Hope this review helps!!

They don't accept Tricare. Won't fill prescription without knowing how it will be paid for. Took over 4 hours to fill $135.00 prescription after it was paid for in cash. Clerk very rude and stapled Warnings and Side Effects sheet with 15 Staples. Phone Called that prescription was ready for pick up two hours after prescriptions had already been picked up. Duplicate filling of prescription's are illegal.

I would give it zero stars if i could. Time after time I would go here and hours later go to pick up my script and they would tell me they were out of stock. Or they would tell you it'll be an hour and you come back well past an hour and it wouldn't be ready. Do yourself a favor and go to the one at 301 N Main, it's 24 hours plus it has a competent staff, every single time.

Super friendly staff all I can say is thank you guys for your help with my wife's poison ivy..... I'm not allergic to poison ivy but my wife is and she got some of the oil on her and went into a full out now outbreak I had to ask the pharmacy what to do cuz I've never had poison ivy.... They were super friendly and came from behind the counter to show me all the products that they had and to help me make a decision so that I could get my wife feeling better..... I feel that they went above and beyond what their normal job descriptions are and they helped me get her feeling better..... With lots of calamine lotion some Benadryl and some other cream I can't remember the name..... Other than that this place has a little bit of everything a pharmacy beer chips wine sodas ice Candy pretty much just your run-of-the-mill general Pharmacy but with awesome staff thank you guys!!!

Most of the people here are nice and helpful except this one lady at the pharmacy drive thru. When she sees it's me or my husband she rolls her eyes, will not use my coupons or discount codes, and always lies about them. So because of her I'm giving 1 Star.

As far as CVS's go this location is "A-Ok." I usually pop in and pop out only. No meandering through the store. It has the basics and that is all I need.

It's your usual drug store with a pharmacy, cosmetics, seasonal items, office/school supplies, some grocery items, a photo section and some other household items. It really helps if you apply for the Extra Care card for discounts and savings. You'll even earn ExtraCare Bucks to spend on future purchases. Plus you can use manufacturer coupons with store coupons for additional savings!
