Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to let you know about the employee service at this location. We moved from Charleston to Summerton 2 years ago after a horrible disabling accident. Eveytime I visit this location and hobble around, every employee has been super friendly, above and beyond helpful, courteous and personable. We love this location and it's employees. In this day and age it is rare to find service excellence of this caliber. Most places are rude and it seems they just don't want you in the store let alone have to help you find something. Thank you, we love y'all!

I've been going there for 30 years. Mildred has been the kindest person that has help me on every project we have started. I can't find anything and she knows were every item is in that ace hardware store. All the people are great and kind. Unlike other stores you can get no help from anyone. Had a salesman help with finding clear silicone caulking and after getting home even though it was stated on the container as well as the salesman's confirmation of it being clear it was not clear it was white. Got back to the store and asked one of the salesmen about the return policy, he got snarky and said don't use or don't open it, and I tried to explain what happened but he nor the ladies at the front were interested and unconcerned.
