I have to agree w/most people on here. This post office's customer service is not good. I walked in and told the lady that I made an appointment online for passports for me and my 3 kids and she said "nuh uh not today" wow how unprofessional.

The people working in this office are rude and not helpful at all! I wish they had some training in customer service.
