Bought 2 Groupons with a coupon code too good to be true rate.
Front and rear brake pad and rotor change and a synthetic oil change.
Called the # on groupon to make the appointment, a guyI'm guessing on his personal phone picked up... he said, "What time works for you today?"
I told him that i had the 2 coupons, and suddenly, he wasn't able to know his schedule. He told me he'd call me back in a bit.
I called back 45 minutes later, and he told me he had to check with his guy on the schedule, and he'd call back within 20 mins, then hung up on me and never called back.
Seeing other reviews on here saying they didn't even put people's pads on, so I made groupon, refund me.
I will be the first to admit that the price was too good to believe. My point is, if you can't honor it, don't sell it.
Edit: Since the kind gentlemen chose to reply, I'll update my review.
I stated on the phone call, "I'm ok with it being another day, I understand it's a big job."
His reply is nonsense because I did not rationally think I was getting 4 rotors and 4 brakes installed with less than 24 hours' notice. I didn't even know if today would even work for me because I'm 45 minutes from Lynman and I wasn't calling expecting to go today (but was willing to)
I asked what the earliest appointment was, and he asked, "When do you want to come today?"
I have a bachelors in mass communication and social media, I know how to conduct myself professionally, and I have written both positive and negative reviews.
You literally have reviews on here posting. You didn't put brake pads on. My review should be the least of the concerns your establishment has.
Maybe start fixing your customer service skills by getting a business phone and not answering business calls with "hello?"
Don't sell groupons for discounted services if you don't even have the manpower to check your schedule.

One star is too much.
After an oil change and going 50 miles my engine is shaking uncontrollably and my engine light just came on. I look underneath my car and notice they never even changed the filter! The previous oil change date is still on it! I am beyond livid. The day it cinched out was the first day after Helene- I will do anything I can to ensure as many people (and other businesses) as possible know about this crook.

It’s fast and easy . I make my appointment and in and out . They don’t charge a ridiculous price either !

I got a coupon through Groupon and took my car in the morning. Whole experience was fantastic from start to finish and quick! Everyone was super nice and Im happy to make them my go to for routine maintenance!
