I'm gonna miss the cute cashier with the reddish hair that's leaving the Lyman store. I don't think I'll be able to go back in there with all those memories and going to sphnx isnt going to make life any easier. My number is 814-6643 if she evr needs it.... It's just not fair QT. Friendly, clean, great Customer Service and all the food is wonderful. I wish QT would come to Travelers Rest S.C. I don't like anything about Spinx and I can't use their gas.

QT the gas station seems to me to be one of the very special gas stations. They are friendly people in all the ones I have heard of, they are fast and they are clean and they are very attentive to customers. I recommend it 100%

The kitchen at this location has gone way down hill. Several months ago, I ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. The young lady dropped one on the floor, picked it up, rewrapped it, and started to place it in the bag. Until she saw me watching her. Then she lied about remaking it. (Because I know they can't make a sandwich in 90 seconds. So I got a refund on both sandwiches and went to Hardee's next door)Another time, I ordered a strawberry shake, and got vanilla ice cream with a couple streaks of strawberry syrup. (Because it wasn't blended completely)Last week, we stopped in for a big mobile order, got home to discover that we were missing items. I called, spoke to Isaac, (who confirmed that my missing items were still under the warmer) and asked if I could just get a refund for the missing items, rather than have to drive all the way back. He told me I could come back, or call corporate. It was evident he didn't care much to remedy the situation.Just too many issues here the last few months.

Always great service, also I don't eat fast food but I'll eat the food here and it's better than some restaurant options with reasonable cost. Not only is the service here great but also quick.
