Don’t waste you time shooting them any email asking about getting a tattoo. I guess there Soo busy they can’t even email you back. Oh well plenty of tattoo artists around.

I had Jennifer do an awesome forearm piece last fall and scheduled the upper arm this summer. This week was the 2nd time she canceled my appointment at the last minute. I understand life happens but then make an effort to make it good for the customer. Wow, you returned my deposit. If I had canceled twice at the last minute, I would have been out $300. I used 2 vacation days to have her cancel last minute. On top of that, each prior appointment, she either shortened my scheduled appointment or had to delay due to running errands. Total lack of respect for your customers' time. If you want to charge professional prices - $150/hr - then act like a professional.

I love this place. I recently had a cover-up done by Meagan that was long over due, and she does some great work. On top of that she seems to be an extremely great person. She always made sure I was comfortable and was good at letting my old butt walk around to stretch my legs ? The tattoo is beautiful and she is going to be my go to for extending and new tattoos.While I was there I decided to book her for my daughter's first tattoo for her birthday. I knew Meagan would be a perfect fit for her. Now that has come and gone, my daughter loved her. She once again made sure she was as comfortable as she could be through out the whole process. My daughter picked her chest for her first tattoo, so I was a little worried about her pain tolerance, but she took it like a champ and now it's healing and she's extremely happy with it.

Horrible customer service and non-existent follow-up. I contacted Jennifer based on a referral from a neighbor in the Fall. It took her the better part of week to return a simple email. After discussing what I wanted, she initially told me it would be after the first of the year, however, she would likely be able to fit me in sooner. No problem so far. January came and I reached out to her to ask about scheduling. No response. I called the shop and apparently she doesn't take calls nor messages. I emailed again. Nothing. So, I'm glad she's so busy that she can afford to do this, especially to referral customers. I had budgeted a significant amount of money ($10K +) since i thought I'd found THE artist based on her work. I'm not some guy with stimulus or tax return money, I am a professional career person with significant income. If you're seriously considering this place, save yourself the time and aggravation and disappointment and find another shop. Even if you have to go out of town to find an artist that will honor her word, return messages and follow through.
