Not only do I love having this store in our small community to avoid going to a big box store where you may or may not get good customer service I love the friendliness of the staff and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to get the job done. I always have a great experience in this store but today was above and beyond. Chris was there today and I had a major problem with a job I was working on a very expensive project that was due today. Not only did he help me figure out what to do with it he helped me salvage it and prevent having yo start all over. Thank you so much for your help today.

I've never been to a better hardware store in my life and I've been in a few. Bill, Chris, Aaron and the other gentleman are extremely friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable about all their products! I go here all the time and am always thankful we have them so close to home!
