“Landon was great to work with. He was the only person in the store, and he would not answer the phone while working with us. He was committed to us and to answering all of our questions. We spent 1 hour and 45 minutes in the store and he was in no hurry to rush us out. I am sure that we could have gotten and comparable base cheaper but when you have a salesperson like Landon who goes above and beyond you feel like you are buying from an individual instead of a company. Landon is a valuable asset to Mattress Firm in Spartanburg. I hope they know what they have in him and reimburse him accordingly. He works Monday-Friday during the day.”
“Easy to find. My first time there. Pretty much just went looking for a pre-lit CHRISTmas tree. I found a nice 6 foot model on display. Expected to pay $100 which was the price on the tree. Got up to register and they took another 50% off. Got a $200 Target Tree for $50 plus tax. People there were very friendly (a gentleman showed me how to disassemble the tree) and store was clean!Blessings,John 20:29”

“I needed, desperately, to purchase a new recliner for my husband, Wednesday, May 29th. I called Mattress Max , after finding the recliner I wanted to purchase, online. Told Jeff what I wanted & explained my problem.
Not only did he work with me over the phone, but promised early morning delivery for Thursday. It was late Wednesday when I called or otherwise he would have done what he could to have delivered that afternoon. But the recliner WAS DELIVERED FIRST THING THURSDAY MORNING. We are so pleased with our purchase & the service we received from Mattress Max. These folks are ready
to work for their customers. Stop in & see them for any furniture needs you may have. You will not be disappointed. They'll take care of you.”
“We recently moved from Florida into a new (older) home close to Columbus, NC. The gas log in the living room fireplace was not working when we moved in and I arranged to have a service call done by Carolina Hearth and Patio. Jason arrived this morning within the promised time frame. Although they service the make of the gas log we have, he was not familiar with our model and went way beyond my expectations trying to figure out why the system was not working. A 30-minute service call turned into a two visit! I cannot recommend them high enough and Jason in particular. 5+ out of 5 stars.”
“We have had a sleep number bed for 18 years. An electrical surge killed it ? so time for a new one. My salesman was Mike. He was very friendly, polite, professional and informative but not the least bit pushy. Overall it was a great experience and could not have been better. Store is spotless.”

“It may not look like much from the outside (to the point we didn’t even trust that it was open and still in business) BUT we were pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable and experienced gentleman who was thorough and patiently guided us to test numerous mattresses until we found a favorites. He wasn’t pushy and even encouraged us to wait and test our top three again tomorrow to see if we stood by our choice! He coordinated same day delivery and made this potentially stressful process smooth. Will definitely return for future mattress needs.”
