Second time in as many weeks still no customer service was told by employees that she does not talk much I said good morning should not be hard to say but she said she doesn't do that and it was my opinion if I thought it was rude of her to not speak good customer service is just as important as the service itself I found another cleaner that I will be using.

Ben made sure to have extra staff on hand to potentially have over 200 band uniforms dropped off to be cleaned in 1 day. Then offered those that could not drop off on Monday, same day on Tuesday so the kids would have clean, fresh uniforms for Nationals! Not to mention our daughter's JROTC uniforms that need to be cleaned weekly are always pristine. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and the hearts of our 200 kids on the competition band!!! You'll always have my business!

There kinda high, but then again I haven't had things dry cleaned in a long time, but I finally had my Grandmas, sweater & winter coat cleaned, my sister's wool trench coat cleaned, they've been decent for a long time, so I finally got it done, ty so much!❤??

Horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Spots on my jackets were still there, lint balls were not removed... basically same exact condition if not worse then I dropped the items off... my dress was iron pressed in such a way that they damaged the fabric, its all shiny now. Horrible. Very disappointed and upset. Will not be coming here again.

I have been going here for years and no problems until now, I dropped off a Denim Shirt Dress on Wed and my ticket that I was given had $3.06 on it so when I went in today to pick it up the lady rang it up to a total of $13.91. I questioned it and compared my ticket to hers and she said he must have rang it in wrong. I am not sure but the dress probably did not cost that much when it was purchased, I will be finding a new Dry Cleaners after this experience.
