Lugoff Toyota is hands down the best Toyota dealer in South Carolina. We commute from Sumter just because of how amazing everyone is here, from the Finance, Sales, Service Department. Every single experience has been outstanding! Always super professional and extremely kind, if you ever need anything come here!

The BEST place to purchase a vehicle. They are fair, treat you with respect, here to help and not just out to make a sale. No high pressure sale, just a fair deal. We just purchased a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and simply love our vehicle. Tyrone, our salesperson is the best to deal with. Second vehicle we have purchased from him and we will definitely be back to see him when we are ready for another vehicle. Highly recommend!

Lugoff Toyota is top shelf. The have a Mayberry Feel. The service Department is the best I`ve seen in the continental USA. It features Tommy Hancock, Ian and two new service providers that have the right spirit. They have been there for us since 2006. They have never cheated us or had any bad transactions and we as a family have made six transactions with them.In these times more dealerships should be like this one. if You ever need to buy a car, see Matt Baker Tyrone Davis and Mr. Ira. We have a rental car that had a maintenance required message. Took it over to Lugoff Toyota and Judy hooked us up with Josh in the service department and he quickly took care of the problem. Kudos to Josh and Judy. Thank you both so much!

I have always had my Toyota’s service at Lugoff Toyota. The service department has always been very professional, always able to accommodate me for last minute appointments. Took very good car of my car and has never tried to sale me things I didn’t need. Awesome service department!

Found a 2013 Toyota Corolla on social media Saturday 4-8-2023I reached out to the dealership for more pictures of the inside of the car and under the hood because the website only posted 4 external photos. I specifically asked if their used cars went through a 100 plus point inspection and the sales rep said yes. After reviewing the photos you can obviously tell the vehicle did NOT go through an inspection. I mean there was acid pouring out of the battery and the car was just filthy under the hood so I called the sales rep and informed him. He responded by saying, maybe this hasn't gone through the process since we just received it. He said he would get on it.Following day was Easter Sunday. Monday 4-10 comes I text and call the sales rep. He tells me the vehicle is in the shop and detailing so I told him to call me when ready and I would drive an hour to take a look. Never heard back. Tuesday 4-11 comes. I text and call again.Sales rep is off today so I talk to the sales manager who investigates it and tells me the vehicle is $15124.00, I told him how did you suspiciously have a $2000.00 increase in price? The price Saturday, Sunday and Monday was $12995.00. He would investigate and find out what's going on. Well what do you know . Someone put a deposit on the car.So the vehicle was never inspected.They increased the price by $2130.00Sold the car right underneath me.Didn't apologize, didn't offer another Corolla on the lot.Just advised me not to drive a hour and make the trip to the dealer .

If I could give them a -0 negative review I would. Tough my grandson their to buy his first car. I had bought cars from Lugoff Toyota in the pass thinking they was honesty and good people.To my suprise this dealership has gone in the toilet. My grandson bought a used Chevy Malibu from them which is push button start. To our surprise the key inside the remote, will not unlock the door so if the battery dies in the remote he has to call a locksmith to get into his car. He get's of work at 05:15am impossible to get help that time of night. What reputable dealer would sell a car like that? A SCAM ARTIST!!!

As always, I get excellent customer service in the Lugoff Toyota Service Department.Tommy was great as usual. He always explains to me so that I can understand what type of work is being done to my Camry.Additionally, Ian was more than very patient 2 times to help me to get the sound and for the directions to show up on the screen in my car via Google Maps and Scout GPS. The first time, he could not get any sound on either apps. He said that it has to be my android S32 phone. I took my phone to T Mobile. He

DO NOT GO HERE AND BUY A CAR ! I bought a 2014 Kia Forte from them A MONTH AGO and the same EXACT day I bought it I got a ticket for my back break light being out. Take it to get fixed and there's some wiring that was wrong because someone at the dealership tried to change something and did it wrong. Paid for that to be fixed , out of pocket. Got a flat and went to fix it and apparently both my tire pressure sensors on the right are shot. So I have to spend $120 to buy new sensors and pay for someone to change it. I called them and they're basically saying there's nothing they can do. This is my first car, bought it myself and was super proud now I'm just frustrated with it and the lack of care coming from the dealership. Please take your money elsewhere. Wish I could give 0 stars.

My service representative was Jesse James and he went above and beyond to rectify an issue. I'd made an appointment for routine maintenance but the day before my tire pressure light came on. I checked the pressure and all four tires were at the proper level. Lugoff discovered there was a faulty sensor and replaced it for me. They also gave me a loaner which I really appreciated. Jesse kept me informed and my car was ready when he said it would be. I'll keep returning to Lugoff Toyota. They're always polite, professional, and responsive. I always appreciate the customer service I receive there.

My hatch does not work on my car and I split 2004 Toyota Sequoia cost on labor I bought the part I had to wait five hours on them to run a digital test they opoligize for the waiting but my hatch is still broke
