She has always done a great job grooming our dog and he's like our baby so I don't leave him with just anyone. She has reasonable prices and answers any questions I have. I really like that she requires veterinary records to make sure all the animals are up to date with their required shots and I think that's awesome. I would refer Susan to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and great Groomer !!

I chose this groomer because I felt she would have the best experience for grooming my dog - which is not a common one. So, I made my appt 3 weeks out because that was her availability. On the day of my appt I come 5 minutes early and the doors are locked. I see that it opens at 9am - no big deal she might be running late, I'll wait for a minute. 20 minutes later she's still not there, doors locked, and she won't answer the phone. I, like most people I would assume, don't like having my time wasted. It would have been courteous and professional to give your clients a call if you weren't going to be open on the day that you scheduled them. I will not be rescheduling.

Extremely good with my dog. Gives great and knowledgeable advice on all asked questions of health issues as well as advises if she sees something which may be a problem. I could not ask for a better, more caring groomer to trust my dog to.

We've used Susan a long time and she is a wealth of information, she actually helped us fix our Shih Tzu's allergy issues!I've recommended several of my dog training clients to her for grooming and they rave about her and the great work she does! Thanks Susan for all of your help!

Everyone who has rated this amazing woman 1 star is only doing it cause they dislike her daughter! Do not listen to these children who have never take their pets to her! She does amazing work!
