I have been a customer of Randy's for nearly 20 years and have had no issues up until now. I took my car in to have some work done on the suspension, and when I picked it up I noticed that the driver's side rear quarter panel and bumper were damaged. My car was in excellent condition, and is always kept in the garage. Needless to say, there wasn't any body damage on it when I put it in Randy's possession. I spoke to them about my car and they advised me to send them pictures, which I did. After 2 days of not hearing anything from them I called them. They said they were reviewing cameras and would let me know. I finally got a text back from them this morning telling me that there was nothing observed on the cameras, and to have a blessed day. Everyone in the south knows that saying "have a blessed day" is a derogatory term, especially when it's in all caps. If you have a car that you care about steer clear of Randy's. They will tear up your car, damage it, then ghost you when you approach them about it. What a pathetic way to do business.

Quick and polite., a little more than I wanted to spend, but that is Joe Biden’s fault. They actually had the tires no one else around had. I will be back the next time I need tires. Hopefully during a better economy.

Ran over a nail while on a trip and needed a patch. Great service, very quick turnaround, and they even put my spare back for me. Would highly recommend.

A bit frustrated by their labor charge system. I got front and rear pads/rotors changed, which they say will take 1.2 hours each, so 2.4 hours total. It only took 1.5 hours, yet I still got charged for the 2.4 estimate; it appears they don’t have a labor rate, they charge a specific fee for a service. They did a good job but I overpaid for almost an hour of labor.

I get all of my fleet and a lot of my personal automotive needs provided by Randy. They are always fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Lobby is safe and clean for my wife and kids to feel safe in also.
