Like many others, I just need peace-of-mind when it comes to my vehicle issues. Tracy and team are superior in service and reasonable in price. The shop cares about it's reputation in Lugoff / Camden area and so you know they will do a good job every time.
Tracy went above and beyond, making a few additional repairs (with customer approval of course) that greatly improved the performance of my vehicle. I know many people that only send their stuff to Tracy's and so will I.

Tracy, Amy, and crew took care of me the day my check engine light came on as I was driving across the country. Tracy was recommended by the local auto parts store that ran a scan on my truck. Amy was so pleasant and understanding about my situation. I told them if I needed to stay the night in the hotel four blocks away that was fine. She said they were going to try to get me back on the road as soon as possible. They did! I was back on the road in less than an hour and a half. I arrived at my destinations four hours later, and the truck ran great. Tracy, Amy, and their crew are first class in courtesy, service, quality work, and fair pricing. The waiting area was pleasant, and they have toys to keep your children entertained.

Tracy's Alignment & Repair is the best place I have ever been to service my vehicle. Tracy is a good Christian Man that you can trust when he takes care of your car or truck. They stand by their work, and I will be going back anytime I need service!

Had an appointment set up three weeks in advance to have my truck aligned. I showed up thirty minutes early before my appointment at 8:00 just to be told at 8:00 that the appointment would have to be rescheduled . Don’t waste your time making an appointment here and take your vehicle somewhere else.
