They lost my trust. Brought in my Lexus with shimmy in the right front. Asked them to check it out. Told me I needed new axles and boots, my oil pan was leaking, and it was in bad need of brakes. The car gets parked in the garage and I haven't seen any oil. Figured maybe something slow at the gasket. Told them just do the axles and boots. Got the car home. Had an oil spot in the garage the next morning. I took a look and found the drain plug stripped. Called them immediately. Got zero pushback. They sent a flatbed and repaired it later that day. Good on them, but they tried to make me pay for that to begin with. I also ordered everything for brakes when they told me it was needed (rotors and pads). Pictures attached of what I found. Brakes could have easily gone another year. Maybe 60% worn if I'm generous.
