Craig and his team are amazing. Ran into his shop last minute without an appointment. without hesitation he had my car out doing a test drive and troubleshooting my issue. He had me in a day later with my issue fixed. He treated me like family and as you can see by his reviews he is like this with everyone. Highly recommend to everyone!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Craig and his shop. I stopped by on Wednesday when I noticed my transmission slipping on my F150. He immediately jumped in the truck and we went for a ride (he even opened the door for me!). He felt what I felt and said it should just be a simple fluid/filter change and I could bring it back today, Friday. It was serviced quickly for a very reasonable price. Such a genuine guy and I trust that he’s honest and fair. Although I hope to not need his services again soon, I feel comforted that he will take care of it seamlessly if I do.

I was convinced I needed a tranmission and wouldn't have known better if it weren't for these great mechanics. After a trip to the Blue Ridge Mtns. my Jeep was making a sound similar to a rock tumbler. Everyone I know was saying "Go to Johnsons!". I called, came in for a diagnosis and they worked with me to hear the same sounds so they could accurately diagnose the problem. It was not my tranmission. However, the time it took to diagnose and help me connect with the right shops to repair, they didnt charge me for. Not only was this amazing but the shop they connected me with did a great job. Customer service is hard to find today, and honest mechanics even harder for me to find as a woman in modified vehicle. These were top of the line good guys with incredible knowledge and work ethic. Highly recommended!

Top of the line. Craig is a jamb up dude always does right it’s not because he has to….. it’s because he wants too. Have had 4 different vehicles transmissions rebuilt and all still going strong.
