Staff is very rude and they listen to your conversation if you're on the phone try to charge me for something I did not ask for just because she heard me on the phone talking to someone about what I might get then got a attitude when I told her I did not ask for it so why should I have to pay for it how does she know I didn't change my mind very very rude not to mention one of my toes are squared and the other one is round if everything was looking good and right I wouldn't have said nothing I won't be back to all my ladies out there don't waste your money

very very disappointed! I asked for a manicure with no polish. The nail tech only trimmed the cuticle. she did not do anything else that is apart of a basic manicure : file, trim, push cuticle back, use acetone, cuticle oil, scrub or clean under nails!!!!! and they charged $20 for nothing ??in the past hot nails has been great but they have gone completely down!!!! i’m so sad about this
I reached out to them and let them know about the lack of the job they had done and all they said was “you said you didn’t want polish and that’s what I did” & I told them they didn’t even get the file out, trim, etc.

Really enjoyed the quality of work and was extremely happy I found this salon a year ago. However, they now refuse to paint finger nails with regular polish. Despite I’m willing to pay and understand that it doesn’t last as long as gel - which is the reason I want it. My nails need to heal from the damage gel has caused. I will not return due to this new policy. Suggestion- if a customer wants regular polish have them sign a waiver of no fixing/the longevity is not there with regular polish.

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and the customer service has gone terribly downhill. The colors on the samples are misrepresented and the technician insists that it’s ‘too late’ to fix it because she doesn’t want to soak off the dip powder and do it over and insists that all that she can do is ‘paint over it’.Which is not what I came or paid for.I won’t be returning.Others beware!

I have been going to this place now for a while. Until 2 weeks. Went there to get my eyebrows wax and I felt like it was such a rush job. After the service she didn't even offer me a mirror to view it. After I got home I check my eyebrows it was horrible. Uneven and to top if off the next morning my eye lids was covered with waxs burns. I return there the next day to let her view. She was very rude about it. But she gave me my money back slam it on the desk of course. No sorry or nothing. I will not be returning there ever again. Very bad service and rudeService: Waxing

Very bad experience. The nail and pedicure technician did an excellent job on my feet but an awful job on my nails. My nail bed was not smooth and elegant as it should have been. It was obvious and when asked to correct there was no response. The technician walked away and did not say thank you. The business was only interested in getting paid for service.Services: Pedicure

Pedicure was great until end almost close to closing and they literally tried rush me put the door while I was waiting on my toes to dry. When they drill had 20 min more to closing she tell me I can take the flip flops And toes weren't dry yet .very rude and soo. As I left my polish smudged.rude young girl .
