“This Pilot Travel Center is a great stop whether you’re on a long road trip or just passing through. The location is easy to access, and there’s plenty of space for both trucks and regular vehicles. The gas pumps are fast and well-spaced, which makes fueling up quick and convenient.
Inside, the store is clean, well-lit, and stocked with a good variety of snacks, drinks, travel essentials, and even hot food options. The restrooms were clean during my visit, which is always a huge plus when you’re on the road. The staff was friendly and efficient, even with a steady flow of customers.
On the downside, like most busy travel centers, it can get a little crowded during peak hours, and the hot food options can sometimes be hit or miss depending on how fresh they are.
Overall, it’s a reliable, well-maintained stop that makes traveling easier — definitely one of the better Pilot locations I’ve visited.”

“Poor customer service at the piolet across the street had me set my items down and come across the street to this shell. It may not be as nice looking, but the customer service made me feel at home. The lady you had working at ~830p on 12/12 truly understands customer service”
