The customer service was very poor and they don’t know how to have a peaceful conversation. They will tell you one thing and it’ll be something else wrong. I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody

The way that Leon spoke to me on the phone is unacceptable. I spoke to anni on the phone about getting my truck fixed. She told me to bring it there before 2 pm the next day. I told her on the phone that “I will probably end up brining it there that morning by 8 am.” I called Leon to ask him where the shop was located because there isn’t any signs at there shop to let you know you’re at the right place. That phone call went somewhat well because I stated to him I don’t have anyone to come pick me up. He said “ didn’t the secretary tell you that I won’t be done with your truck until the afternoon. I told him “ she told me to bring the truck there before 2 pm that is all.” I’ve been here for 2 hours already. I didn’t complain about me waiting not one bit. I’m a truck driver I’m use to waiting around for things to be done. I called Leon again just to confirm to make sure that he would be able to fix my truck by the end of the day , so I won’t have to wait around all day and night for a new tire and an alignment. The way he spoke to me was unbelievable. He went off on a customer that drove 88 miles to his shop for a new tire and a alignment. He told me “ my secretary told you pacifically (specifically) to bring it between 12pm-2pm.” I told him “ she didn’t say 12pm-2pm, she told me to bring it before 2pm.” He sounded aggravated from my phone call so I tried to de-escalate the situation by telling him I just called again to confirm that you will be able to finish my truck by the end of the day. He got even more angry and told me to “take my truck some where else”. I’ve never felt so belittled in my life. I know we all go through trails and tribulations over the course of life but that doesn’t give you the right to speak to me with such hate in your heart. I can’t believe I drove so far just to get fussed out like I’m a child. God will take care of us all good or bad remember that.

Wasted my time and $$ was told he could fix truck I’d have it back same day I drop truck off day before next day he texts says my truck will be next this was at 10am I called from noon until 6pm no answer no reply to texts if you couldn’t fix it a text or call would’ve been great instead I had to drive 2 hours back there to pick up my truck and take to freightliner to get fixed which I got back the next day it l literally drop my truck off at freightliner this morning at 830 I got it back at 330 this afternoon must be good luck lol

Traveling back from vacation, our RV wouldn’t start after getting gas at a gas station in Lugoff SC. It was a Friday afternoon and we were afraid we would need a tow then probably have to stay over the weekend until someone could fix it the following week. A mechanic from DTS came to the gas station and diagnosed and fixed it there. After a new starter we made it home the following day. Thanks so much! Lifesaver!
