We rode along and they are very professional. The office was very cleaned and the bathrooms was smelling great. The staff was friendly and made you feel at home while providing services to you.

With all due respect, if I could give this business "NO" STARS; it would be well deserved. Moreover, coming from a customer service professional background it is unbelievable to me that with such EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that Carolina Covers has stayed in business as long as they have. Frankly, No one should conduct business this way. As, one of the gentleman (for a lack of a better term), Business Owner: Rick G. Rick that dealt with my husband treated my him as if he was an actual bother and "not" a customer. It's just UNREAL. Therefore, I can only advise if you chose to do business with Carolina Covers be prepared for the RUDENESS!!!...Or you can chose to spend your money with a more friendly, welcoming and professional business.Side Note: What's more upsetting is the unknown. If he is treating his customers this way; how are they actually treating their workers? #Worried
