I was in the market for a '22-'23 Certified Pre-Owned Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe with low mileage. I found a vehicle that matched my needs online at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Anna Moy was very quick to answer my questions via email and text before I drove 100 miles from Charleston. Once onsite, my experience with Marcus Stover and the rest of the team at Carolina CDJR was top notch, making the trip to Lugoff well worth it. Idk if it’s incompetence or sheer laziness but the service department at this dealership is subpar, at best. Last Friday, I went to get my oil changed and let them know my tire pressure light was on. I told them the tire in question (rear passenger) and they assured me it wasn’t that one but a separate tire that had a nail. I paid for a patch and they claimed all was well. Two hours later my tire pressure light was back on and I blew a tire (rear passenger) on i20. I had to end up paying a tow truck $400 to come change the flat when I was told nothing was wrong with it. I’m attaching pics of the tire below. As you can see, the walls blew out on this damn thing as if I was driving around on low pressure. Avoid these idiots at all costs and find a different dealership to go to. The drive to Columbia isn’t that far to assure peace of mind.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing my new Jeep Rubicon. The gentleman helping me, Marcus, was excellent. He worked with the business office to make the numbers work, found me the Jeep I wanted and became my friend in the process. Everyone there was extremely helpful. I've purchased many cars in the past, never in and out this quickly or as happy. After the sale, they reached out a couple times already to make sure everything was going good and to see if I had any questions. Go see Marcus, he'll treat you right! And thank you to Marshall and Katie for their assistance as well in the process. A great team at CCJDR!

I was very hesitant on writing a review simply because it is not something that I would normally do however, I was very disappointed with this dealership. Before we purchased the vehicle, we noticed a few things that needed to be addressed and we were assured that they would be. There was a slash on the front tire which they said they would order a new tire, and they would call us once it arrived (it was even written on the paperwork we were given). They never did. After leaving the lot a few days later the check engine light turned on so we called them and told them so they can fix it when we got our tire put on. We were told that the tire was there but only after asking about it. No one bothered to call. About a week and half later we got our car back. The slash on the tire was cut off and the tire was moved to the back of the vehicle. There was no new tire (I guess they didn’t think that we would notice). We asked about the check engine light and were told that it was taken care of. Well, the check engine light is back on…I had to take it to a Kia dealership in which they did a diagnostic reading and came back as the same code as the one that we had asked them to fix…so we put two and two together…the issue behind the check engine light was never fixed. Guess it is true…salesperson will do and say anything to sell a vehicle.
