Food was okay but my order was wrong. I never order cole slaw with my 8 pcs meal /Mac & cheese, Mash potatoes & gravy. Instead of Mac & cheese with my meal i got cole slaw that i never order.When my order was being taken their was no enthusiasm in the tone of voice of that person. I wasnt asked if i wanted original or crispy chicken. I had to tell that person what i perfer to have. When i got my food and left and i was curious because another worker came to the window talking bout have a nice day like the workers new my order was wrong.

PLEASE STOP PUTTING SPICEY CHICKEN IN THE POTPIES WITH THE REGULAR CHICKEN!!!! I have a gastric ulcer..I can NOT have spicey food without sending my stomach in an uproar of indigestion and vomiting. I bought a potpie now 2 different times and BOTH times they are Spicey due to mixed chicken!! I shuldnt have to pay $10 for food to throw away cus it's NOT edible!! I mentioned it to the nite crew and manager a few months ago when I got the 1st one and got the mouth full of spices and here we are again same thing!!
I was told that they mix them up at the end of the day and cut it up for the pies...that's great but DONT put spices in with non and NOT tell anyone....this is a lawsuit waiting to happen!!
I love the pies and some of the food that's not spicey but I refuse to eat here again til it STOPS!! So I guess u just lost a customer unfortunately ?

It's KFC. But this one has a friendly staff and serves good food.

If I could give Zero score I would. Went to the drive up. Ordered 4 piece white meat meal - extra crispy. Didn't talk back. Didn't ask what drink, nothing, so I just drove up to the window. Got to the window and she says "4 piece spicy" Told her I didn't order spicy, I ordered extra crispy. Says "we don't have xtra crispy anymore" Then she says "we only have breasts, no wings" I told her okay I will take 4 breasts. Then this big older woman comes to the window and says "okay one breast" Told her I ordered four breasts. Asked why she didn't tell me they don't have xtra crispy and just assumed I would want spicy. She says "we havn't had that in a long time and everyone knows that" Apparently everyone doesn't know that. Asked why the girl didn't ask me what I wanted to drink. I asked if they were stupid because this was just rediculous. The big older woman was really crazy I could still hear her yelling as I pulled away telling me not to come back. OMG What is wrong with people and how do they get away with this kind of behavior in the work place.

Made a online order I arrived estimated time 3:35 I arrive on time it is now 10 minutes after 4:00 my food says it was ready 10 minutes ago and I'm still sitting here

You spend $50 on dinner for the family and ask for a ranch or honey mustard condiment to go with your meal and they want to charge for it. This KFC has great staff. Plus I door dash there for the Loris community. I get my customers food to them at a great time. Did you know we deliver to a wide range of area around Loris??? I have visited this location numerous times, But after this last visit on 1/16/24 aprox. 4:45pm I had to be sure to express my appreciation.I purchased the liver dinner, 2pc dinner, and a few other items. The service was definitely acceptional. The friendliness and helpfulness of the employees was a great experience. Was a lil wait(10-15 mins) but not bad at all, for Fresh hot food and a great experience.The employees were busy in drive thru and a few walking customers as well but they were Definitely on top of the service. Thanks yall, keep up the good work. God bless
