Seemed a bit pricey for tires and oil change. 430.00 for 2 40,000 mile tires and oil change on a midsize car. I also had to replace battery after picking up because the battery drained while it was there.

I made a appointment to get my suv aligned at 2pm lady comes out after 2 hours and tells me it’s gonna be a while cause another alignment was taking a little longer did I want to wait or reschedule I said I’ll wait it needs to be done it’s tearing up my brand new tires she said ok and walks away which by the way she was very nice 4 hours later they finally come out to get my car but drives down the road with it why usually you test drive it after you fix it they bring it back 15 minutes later guy comes out n tells me he’s gonna tell me all what’s wrong with my car huh? i didn’t ask you to do that just wanted it aligned gives me a estimate on it $1,500 dollars worth not including alignment then he tells me let him know when I want to get the alignment done I said wait u didn’t align my car huh wtf that was the reason for my appointment 4 hours wasted could have been working and my car is still not aligned. Now I’ve gotta take more time off from work Gotta find someone asap to get alignment done that yall were supposed to do that was the whole point of my appointment that should not have taken 4 hours when I asked the guy why didn’t he do it he just stands there with a dumb ass look on his face and shifts his shoulders gotta do this asap before my tire blows can’t put new tires on without it being aligned ???????????

This place is a freaking rip off!! You take your car in for an alignment and they come back with a we can’t do the alignment because you have this this and this wrong! Stupid don’t you think we know what’s wrong with our cars we drive them daily!! We don’t take our cars to you for you to find every single thing you can wrong with it!! It was taken in for a simple alignment!!!

I traveled to NC/SC on Friday morning, I needed brake work on my truck, friends recommended Blacks Tire, I got there around 10am explained to the receptionist that I needed brake work done, she went in the back and came back with the manager, they told me that they could do the repairs but it would be about 2pm before they could get it in. I said that’s fine but explaining again that I needed to be on 95 and returning to Drexel Hill Pa by Saturday morning, the manager ensured that they could have it done by then as long as they could get the parts. I left my phone number for updates and called for a ride back to the Hotel. I called them at 3:30, no update to give other than, we have not been able to check it yet. I called back 4:30, I was told that it was just pulled in and we are checking it now (untrue, it was still parked out front). Called back at 5:30 because I was sure it was close to closing time. I was then told by the manager that they were unable to get to it but would check it on Monday morning. Now, very disappointed, but I asked him why didn’t they communicate any of this to me all day long? He blamed the receptionist, I reported “sir I spoke with you about 4 times today”
I then told him that I would just return to get the truck, in hopes to get someone else to do the repairs, the manager then told
me that the only way I can get the truck, I would have to have it towed from the shop, after going back and forth with him about not releasing my truck, he then told me he would try his best to have the work done Saturday morning. Let’s not forget the fact that I was quoted a few different quotes. 1st $120 - 2nd $530 and ending up paying over $625. I also asked them to che k the air in my tires and to check to see if I needed a wheel alignment because it felt like it was pulling to the right, well they didn’t check either and never even mentioned it. Smh I learned a few things from this Trip to Black’s Tire and auto repairs in Loris South Carolina . But I also learned, NEVER TRUST A FRIEND.
