Observed Rod assist a customer. He listened to the customer's challenge of getting mail from elderly family out of state. He offered a solution and provided tracking. Then made my change of address a simple process. Rod's excellent service is appreciated.

So...hours are ... opens at 9am. Now 10 and no one around. USPS just keeps raising rates but not their service!

My wife and I just moved to Longs and needed a mailing address. We found out that the closest Post Office had burned down, bummer... Come to find out they have a temroary "outpost" full service Post Office on site through a big van. The are open 10-2 M-F (Mondays are usually later, around 11:30). We were able to rent a PO box, the man that was there was very helpful, friendly and courteous to me and helped me a great deal, getting our new address, and understanding how things worked at this USPS "outpost", thank you sir!

Sorry bstars! I ordered a piece for my rv generator with 2 day deliverey. Well, they decided to reschedule the delivery. Im only 10 miles from the post office. Luckily I was able to fix it. What good is 2 day delivery if they decide to add 2 more days.

Ongoing problem , package getting lost . Says item delivered but item never received. No help from the postmaster. Terrible mail delivery service .

POOR PACKAGE DELIVERY SERVICEI HAVE HAD TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE ON 3 OCCASIONS BECAUSE OF DELIVERY PERSONS THAT APPARENTLY CANNOT READ. I HAVE HAD PACKAGES DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS ON TWO OCCASIONS... ON ANOTHER DAY THE DELIVERY PERSON UPDATED A PACKAGE AS BEING PUT IN MY MAIL BOX??? I HAVE CAMERAS ? LOOKING AT THE MAILBOX AND THIS WAS A LIE. IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED...I WENT TO THE OFFICE AGAIN JUST TO BE TOLD IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AND THEY ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY...THIS POST OFFICE "DELIVERY" PEOPLE NEED TO HAVE TRAINING OR HIRE PEOPLE MORE QUALIFIED... (ABLE TO READ AND WRITE) I WILL USE FEDEX ON ANY AND ALL OF MY FUTURE ITEMS...JUST TERRIBLE ...

Hardly ever get my packages any more. Almost always have to go to the office itself. Online tracking will say out for delivery but nothing comes with the mailbox mail anymore. They’re always rude when I go in the office and make them aware of there mistake. They don’t even leave a slip saying I need to come get my packages at the office in my mailbox anymore.

Worst mail service I have EVER HAD!I HAVE LIVED IN 8 -9 OTHER STATES BEFORE MOVING HERE TO LONGS SC, POST OFFICE IS TOTALLY A JOKE, TRIED 4 OR 5 TIMES TO SPEAK TO LIVE AGENT, & WAITED FOROLSPENT OVER 1 HOUR TO REPORT THAT MAITHAT SAT IN MAILBOX FOR 3.OR 4 DAYS BILLS NOW THEY WILL BE LATE BECAUSE CARRIER NEVER CAME TO PICK UP MAIL

The nicest lady in the WORLD works there! She is always in a good mood, super pleasant and super helpful. When I have to ship something I know she will get it right. She can make your day better--and not many people do that!

Excellent customer service, everyone is always very friendly and very helpful when I have questions. They go above and beyond. I have had problems with packages in the past since I do drop off anywhere from 20-100 packages a day , and the Post Master is always onto of the situation and resolves package issues the same day I contact him for help. My carrier is AWESOME!!! I would give 100 stars if they offered it.. Keep up the good work guys!!!
