Handle fell off the 1st time we opened it after we installed it. Cheap cheap cheap,They sent a new handle but it's exactly the same with a tiny piece of plastic that holds it together

My son bought a few windows awhile back for his chicken coops. Cutest windows I ever did see, I couldn't resist. Ended up buying a couple of the 14x21 flush windows. Perfect windows for what I need, thank you so much.

Handle broke off the 1st day! I spent money having the window installed just to have the cheap handle break off immediately. It was made with cheap plastic parts yet their website says it’s a quality product. It’s a cheap plastic Chinese product.

Great company to deal with, great quality products, fast shipping and great prices. Customer service is top notch and responds promptly to and inquires or problems. Had a couple windows damaged in shipping after notifying them they had a replacement scheduled to leave the next day! Will use again for future needs AA++

If you're looking for windows for anything you've spent a good bit of money and time building, do not get these. You will be angry every time you look at them. They are the lowest of low quality you can find. You can't get any worse. The bottom frame piece of one window was for a different size window so I had to trim it an inch with a grinder so it would fit. On all of them none of the corners are flush, nor the right length and there's big gaps on some. There's silicone smeared all over everywhere. I can see spending a good hour with a razor blade scraping that off. I would have just thrown them in the trash but I have to have something to keep the weather out until I find something better.

My Amazon Review. Very cheaply made and customer service is a joke. I ordered this one and 6 more directly from the website. 4 of the 6 were damaged upon arrival and the other 2 plus this one the panes are very loose and silicone was applied very poorly. Sheds and More did refund for 4 of the windows but will not send back my shipping costs. I'm out $50 for products that was damaged from poor workmanship and the company not willing to refund the shipping.

I would not recommend buying windows from this company. I bought 3 transom windows from SW&M earlier this year (10x29" brown with lattice). The windows were made in China. All three leak heavily when it rains. Turns out, the windows are held together with a single bead of clear silicone around the perimeter of the aluminum frame. Upon close inspection we found gaps at the glass/aluminum frame interface. What a joke. Sad deal, because we followed good construction practices to ensure water-tight windows. We just didn't expect the windows themselves to leak. Very poorly constructed. Not worth the $36 per window that we paid, nor the hassle we now have. Guess we will have to coat the glass/frame interfaces with generous amounts silicone caulk. Silicone caulk won't look pretty. Wish us luck and stay away from this junk. Oh, by the way, the windows have no weep holes at the bottom flange. Lesson learned....be smart and spend a little more for quality American-made products. Fooled me once.

Fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the purchase of 3 transom windows that I could not find anywhere. I ordered them and 4 days later they are being installed in the house. Wonderful quality, awesome service. They were packaged very well and arrived safe and sound. thanks much, customer for life!

Love my windows! Bought them to build a playhouse for my daughter. I specifically wanted windows that were sturdy enough and small enough that she couldn't climb out of them. They were easy to install (even though it was my first time installing windows) and every one of them opens perfectly and stays open. Theresa was really helpful, answered all my questions, got my order right, and the windows were delivered right on time. They could use sturdier screening, but are such a good value for the pricing! Highly recommend!!

Absolute top notch company! I'm building a garden shed and wanted to make it a little nicer than the run of the mill big-box store type shed. I had a hard time finding shed windows locally but these guys have everything you need to accessorize a shed! Prices are reasonable too. Yes, shipping costs were a little higher than I expected but they are supper fast and carefully packaged. One of my items was out of stock and they were nice enough to give me a call and arrange a substitution. Will definitely do business again!

I paid for 2 day shipping on 4 windows ($47 shipping) and they didn't even prepare the order until 3 days after I placed it. The windows are arriving 5 days later. Nothing on the website says they don't prepare orders on the weekend (in fact, their hours showed they were open on the weekend)... I messaged the company on Facebook about this and they read my message and left me on read with no response. An apology or explanation would have been appreciated. It's been really hot and my chickens don't have enough ventilation in their coop until these windows arrive. I paid for expedited delivery for what? I'm sure the product itself is fine but if you need an item fast, maybe reconsider. What a waste of almost 50 bucks.Edit: Response - Your Facebook says you're open on Saturdays. Update your hours because if it says you're open on Saturday until Noon, then as a customer, I'd expect you're still sending orders on the weekend (Saturday is a weekend day last time I checked)

Recently purchased 8 garage windows from Shed Windows & More with the thought that my wife & I could install them with no problems. Well the windows arrived within a couple of days. They were well packed, had no damage & even had instructions. What could go wrong, right? Well we got what few simple tools that were need & started the job. We measure the opening, marked it off with tape, made sure everything was square & level & cut the holes. Guess what. We did everything right except check the thickness of our door against what thickness the windows would fit. OMG, now what. I was sure that I was going to not only be out the cost of the windows I had just bought, but also going to be out the cost of a new door & perhaps even a good divorce lawyer. Well THANK GOD two of my three concerns never materialized. My wife forgave me & Thomas from Shed Windows & More excepted my windows back with a full refund. He even paid for return shipping. He did all of this after I wrote a pretty mean email blaming them for my mistake. ( I've since apologized ) Anyhow, Shed Windows & More showed me that there's still people & companies out there that care & that's something I thought was long gone. God Bless Thomas & everyone at Shed Windows & More. So, what are you waiting for? Why buy anywhere else? I promise you that you won't find any better people than what you'll find there.Tom Martin

I was browsing the website for some items and Thomas reached out to me to see if I needed any help. Some of the stock items they had were exactly what I needed, but I also needed a few custom size doors. Thomas was quick to respond and wonderful to work with. He helped me with everything I needed including some custom size doors and some windows and shutters. Thomas was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process quick and easy as well. I will definitely consider using this company again for all of my shed, play house or small building material needs.
