Highly recommend dealing with Kate at JK Furnishings! Kate went above and beyond. When our sectional was delivered one of the cushions had a pull in the upholstery. It was going to be several weeks before JK's delivery team could bring a replacement cushion as we are an hour away from the store. Kate drove to our home and exchanged the pillow from the showroom sectional two days after delivery. Now that is going above and beyond with excellent customer service! Please see Kate for any home furnishing needs. Good quality at fair prices.

Tyler at J&K Furnishings is the sweetest salesperson- he immediately helped me understand the layout of the store and explained which items are available for immediate purchase. He listened to me explain what I needed and gave me several options that were right in my price range. Any questions I had were answered kindly by the manager who was also very helpful. I wish I had come to shop with these folks earlier!! Great experience!

The lady that helped me with my mattress purchase was very kind and helpful. Sorry, forgot name. I enjoyed my time with her. She was in no hurry even getting close to closing time. I recommend this store.

So I had a mishap when the persons making the delivery and set up, forgot to set up the USB port on my adjustable bed. Tyler and Jennifer were the key to making it happen. They re-scheduled a driver to come out again and set it up. I would purchase from them again just because of their fantastic customer service. They really seem to care about their customers.

I received the most WONDERFUL help from the staff at J and K Home Furnishings. I was in need of a couch, and several other things, and Julie went OUT OF HER WAY to work with me via email with lots of choices, pictures, specific measurements, making it easier to work with her remotely while not living permanently in the beach area. All the ladies at this location were helpful and kind, doing all that they could to help me find my awesome couch! The process was quick and easy and the prices were great, with me being able to take advantage of a tax free period promoted by the store to help the buyer. Delivery set up was fast and easy, and I am looking forward to receiving our new couch. At a time when folks seem to be leaning toward online shopping for the most part, it is so nice to remember the joy and personal interaction of working with people in person and "seeing" and "trying out" what is being purchased. Visit this store for your North Myrtle Beach needs... you will not be sorry.
