The hours show as 9 to 5 pm and when talking with the lady she did not mention otherwise. I traveled to North Myrtle Beach and arrived at Coastal Storage with my trailer at 3:30 pm and gates were closed. I called and she told me we close at 3 pm every day so I had no where to store the trailer for the night. When I came in the next morning to rent a space I told her about the hours and she said that's not my problem, that is an issue for the owner.
The gate going into the trailer storage area has a sign to keep closed but it takes a strong person to get it close to closed, it needs work.

Nice facility and Andrea was always very helpful! Just BEWARE they ONLY prorate in the beginning and not when you leave. I paid a full month and vacated on the 8th and they kept the ENTIRE months rent and said they don't pro rate when you vacate which I was not aware of.

Fantastic people running this storage. The units are very clean, well maintained and very easy to get to. If you are a Barefoot resident, you cannot beat the location, service or price for an environment controlled storage unit.

Convenient location, above par facilities, bright, clean, safe and very well managed. Ms. Andrea, the site manager is an exceptional person, she makes the whole experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!
