“I felt compelled to write this review so that I could share with others how satisfied that I am with Pinnacle NMB. I truly don't know how this bank branch does not have a GLOWING 5 star rating because if I could give 10 stars, I surely would. I have been banking with them for years and years (seriously, even way back when it first opened) and am as happy as I can be in every aspect. Their customer service is UNPARALLELED, they are ALL as pleasant as they can be EACH and EVERY time that I have ever had interactions with them. We have had multiple business and personal accounts over the years with them and have never once had as issue. The staff members are all wonderful humans and they TRULY care about their customers.
