“Wouldn’t you know it! The A/C fan in my Odyssey van chose to short out and stop working during this 95+ heatwave! Upon the recommendation of my neighbor, I called Reliable Auto Repair and I’m sure glad I did. John said to bring it to him and he would look at it. He had the fan motor replaced and the A/C up and running the next day! Needless to say, he will be my go to mechanic for all my vehicles from now on. I give him 5 stars for honesty, efficiency and integrity as well as very reasonable prices! Thank you John! You’re a lifesaver.”

“We had traveled from New York, towing our roughly 15,000 lb fifth wheel camper. When we reached N Myrtle Beach our truck dash lit up with two messages and went into limp mode. I called them Thursday afternoon and explained our situation. We were told to drop off the truck Friday morning and and they would do their best to look at sometime the same day. We dropped it off at roughly 8:10 am and to our delight, received a call from them around 11:30 that we were all set to pick up our truck. When we got there to pick up the truck, they fully explained the issue and gave us guidance if it should ever happen again. The price for repairs was extremely reasonable and I would tell anyone to give them a try.”

While I didn't have the work done and can't speak from that standpoint, I wouldn't hesitate to use this place if I need auto body work in the future.”

“I am going on a long distance road trip, and needed periodic maintenance (coolant flush, transmission fluid change) done before I left. I also asked them to do a thorough inspection - especially the serpentine belt. EVERYTHING was fine …. They could have done additional work, such as saying the serpentine belt should be replaced based on mileage. but they were honest and I am leaving knowing my vehicle is ready to go.”
“Went in after accident to retrieve belongings from vehicle. Had a brief interaction but could tell that they are good honest people. She was polite, could see who I'm assuming was her son working and helping. Even the dog did his job and was polite and friendly. People like this deserve our business. Hopefully we don't need to use their services again anytime soon but if I do or others need i highly recommend this buisness and family.”
