“I was driving back to Atlanta from Wilson NC, I pulled over to South of the Border to use the restroom. I noticed that my rear tire was extremely low. I googled a tire shop near me and Chris's garage popped up 2.4 miles away. I called him and said yes bring it on, I'll check it for you. Pulled up to his shop, Chris and his crew didn't waste any time pulling my vehicle into his shop going above and beyond replacing my tire to get me back on my journey home as it was my wife and I 8th wedding anniversary. “Rick rescued me and my sons after we broke down on exit 193 this past Friday. It was late and I assumed the repair would be a week since no one could figure out what was wrong. Well Rick shows up and diagnosed it right away and helped get it to Advanced Auto to get a new battery. I never knew a battery could shut your vehicle down while driving. “We got stranded on a Miami to NY trip just outside of South of the Border at 2am. Eugene picked us up, assessed the problem on site and towed us to his garage near by. He was able to source a part and get us back on the road within 2.5 hours. Eugene and Nick were fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were fair and Eugene even let us take a test drive to make sure everything was working fine before we paid. Incredible service.”
“Our car broke down about ten miles away, and our triple A driver vouched for this shop. It was Friday afternoon and we hadn't had any luck finding anyone nearby to help. Not only did Lloyd and his family take us into the shop, they helped us immediately, fixed the broken belt and tensioner, and had us back on the road so much quicker than we ever could have dreamed. They charged a very fair price, and I only wish we lived closer to kee coming back! Thanks!”
“3:00 AM I was hauling truck camper and pulling a trailer when i broke a transmission line. AAA was useless (as usual) and Bryan got me out of a construction zone on I-95. The plan was to get me off the interstate and unload the truck. Bryan sad my stuff would be stolen before sunrise if we left it. He offered to bring me to his garage and said I could stay in my camper there until i could get back on the road. He when one step further and provided me with electricity for my camper. Both he and his wife were perfect hosts when i was in need. His fees are more than reasonable. I can't thank him enough!”

“Adam from Southern Tire Mart was my literal angel on Friday night. Heading to my hometown, 2 hours in and 2 hours to go, I have a blowout off of 38 and pull onto a side road. I immediately call AAA and they say someone will be there at 6:10 - over an hour later. 6:30 comes around and no one… long story short they never got a service provider to come out. I then go and start calling local shops to see if they can do a roadside call. Despite southern tire mart only doing commercial truck roadside calls, Adam ended up finding a small jack and showed up where I had told him I was when on the phone with him earlier. Right when I’m loosing hope and nervous being stranded in the middle of nowhere as a young woman alone - there’s truck lights pulling up right behind me. Adam knocked it out in less than 10 minutes and was so kind. Highly recommend doing business with people like Adam(southern tire mart), who care and go above and beyond to help someone in need!”

“These guys are awesome with a quick response for a tire I destroyed on the North Beltway, after I noticed a tire going low as I entered the ramp off of 59 South, and there is NO safe place to stop until I took the JFK exit (about 4 miles on a flat!!). But for some reason I did not have the correct lug wrench (?), so these guys show up with a battery impact wrench and has the spare on and had me ready to go in about 10 minutes! And their truck was well equipped with tools for about any road emergency. Not to mention they are strong in their faith, and for those that believe I prayed for some help and the Man sent them to me. Great experience and I'd call them again in a heartbeat. They also said they cover North Houston, Humble, Conroe and west to past 249. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed!!”
“I had a blow out on the interstate and I didn't have a spare. McCollum Towing help me get to Walmart, where they had some of the best people working there. I don't live there but if I'm going that way I stop there just because of the way I was treated.”
“We broke down on our way home. 1 hour and 30 minutes into a 5 hour trip. Our car was taken to Davis Auto Service with a shredded drive belt and a broken pulley. This place was incredible !!! Not only was our car repaired overnight and ready by 11 AM the next morning, but we were charged a fraction of what we thought we would have had to pay. Since we were from out of town and the car was rather flashy, we could have easily been taken advantage of. Thankfully this is a place I would trust over and over again. Nothing extra or unnecessary was done. We got in and got out with no issue, just plenty of gratitude for doing business with them.
