Have been going to see Doctor Cathy since 2018 we I moved here. Over the years they took very good care of my two dachshunds frankie and charlie. They have both passed but would highly recommend waterway animal hospital.

Awful experience - if you could leave no stars I would. They claim to have a fear free vet program that left my rescue pet even more traumatized of the vet than before.

Outstanding customer service and expertise from Dr. Roland and support staff. My puppy was treated with much love and vaccination treatment plan was explained in plain language. I feel confident I’ll have my little girl spayed by them and my 19 year old Yorkie will become a new patient as I have recently moved to the area. Waterway Animal Hospital has inspired confidence in me and am so grateful I found them.

Our cat became very sick and they were able to see her quickly even though we were not previous patients of theirs. The kind and loving nature of all the staff was just what our sick pet needed and any pet parent would want. We will continue our pet care with them and never look for another clinic.

I’ve been taking my cats here since I moved, the staff is wonderful and helpful. All the doctors and technicians are empathetic and knowledgeable. I’m very happy to have them for my primary care for my pets.

We are new patients to Waterway Animal Hospital. We had a new patient visit for our 17 year old Maltese which was about two weeks out. I thought that was great for getting a fisrt time appointment. About 5 days after I made the appointment, our boy Henry was not feeling well. I called and they were able to see him the next day. I like how they had appointments available incase you need a quick appointment when your pet becomes sick. Dr. Kathy and her staff were amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to listen to what we had to say. They spent quality time with us and Henry. We love our new Vet.
