Worst experience fir last 10 years but most recently got someone elses package and addresses werent even close! Little River PO is the worst! I will NEVER use them and the staff couldnt be more unprofessional!

People like to complain about the postal service, but I'd like to compliment them. Specifically Rod at the Little River post office. When I arrived this morning about 9:40, there was a line of about 10 people. Rod was the only one working the counter. I waited maybe 15 minutes total. When I was at the window, an older gentleman with a cane was coming in, saw the line and proceeded to leave. Rod called him back in and gave him a stool to sit on up near the counter. I can't say enough about the kindness of this employee and how efficiently he was working. Please take a moment and thank those that serve us in all capacities! Thank you Rod for your quick response to someone that needed a little extra assistance and for keeping the line moving smoothly.

Post office delivery misplaced a order that the tracking said was delivered. We looked everywhere to include neighbors. Called the post office and was told they would call me back…that’s been 10 hours ago, tried to call at least a dozen times, rang and rang and rang, then the call was disconnected.

Yesterday a neighbor on my street knocked on my door and gave me a letter from SCDMV (it was the title to my vehicle). He found it lying in the parking lot where the community mailboxes are. Another Fail by the Little River, USPS.

Extremely poor delivery service going in and out. More than an alarming amount of packages missing, stating delivery confirmation, with no packages received. Someone is lying or stealing out of this post office. Time to invest in some vehicle cameras on the drivers at all times.

I received excellent service last weekend. Young lady who delivers mail went above and beyond. I received a slip where seller did not have enough postage and I needed to pay the difference. This was a saturday, I then handed this young lady a check and asked her to just have the package delivered monday. She stated she could deliver it on Sunday, So i assumed she would put in mail box however she delivered it right to my front door. So impressed with the service she provided. I wish I knew her name. She went above and beyond !

Worst post office I've ever seen.I live less than a mile away from this office, but am having all of my mail sent to my mother in law's in Calabash, so Little River doesn't ever handle my packages again.Would have just lived with the mail carrier making mistakes, but the service at the office was atrocious.
