Does anyone know who you can complain to about the rudeness of the office staff of this place? For reasons I didn't think I had to explain, I had to get a ride there today because I was due for prescriptions to be refilled and blood work. I asked how long it would be and they said an hour/hour and a half. Ok. Not a problem. I told my ride to go home get ready for work and I would call when I was done. No need to wait around. Well, it didn't take long so I had to text my ride to come back. The office people start talking about me. ("Well, what is SHE still doing here". "I don't know, but she's freaking me out!" "Wait, she's putting her jacket on!" A real play-by-play. Why couldn't they just ask? First of all, if someone texting for a ride in a doctor's office freaks you out, then you poor things have led seriously sheltered lives. Secondly, if you're going to talk about someone, say, if you at least want to TRY to keep up the pretense of professionalism, then perhaps you should make sure the person you're talking about CAN'T HEAR YOU!! I would get fired for something like that. I love Dr. Shelley, but this is the second time I've had to deal with such rudeness. I think it may be time, after 17 years, to find a new doctor.

Husband not feeling good, trouble breathing, aches, no fever and dizziness. They did Covid test- negative so instead of “seeing him”. Listening to lungs, looking at his eyes and doing other things like blood work etc., they sent him home for a “telephone visit “. Well I personally think this is bullsh-t. You can’t diagnose anything over the phone. I don’t recommend this medical team. Really don’t care about the patient only the money. Find another doctor!

They never call you back. Some of the staff are just rude. His PA is great. The only good thing I can say about the practice.

get rid of the receptionist. i went to take my friend who needed a family doctor and i called them to see if we could come in as a walk in. the girl told me be here by 330 because we close at 4. i got there at 3 and they said she could not be seen. i'm sure the doc is ok but the desk clerks are not.

all i can say is thank god for the walker urgent care. i am a replant from rhode island and back in end of january beginning of february of this year 2020, before covid-19 was even a word for us. i showed up to their office with the worst symptoms i ever had and issues with breathing. they did all sorts of tests on me and the finally diagnosis was not the flu but a viral infection somewhere in my lungs. went home took the medicine and didn't feel any better, so i walked in again and they saw me, tweaked the medicine and within two weeks i finally started to feel better. they listened and they acted. i did not want to go to the hospital being new to the area and was alone at that point, and because i figured it was my sinus issues i usually have that time of year. but after all was done, i realized a few months later i had all symptoms of covid. so in reality it could have been covid. but either way they took care of me like i was their family and i won't forget that. thank you dr walker, shelley and staff. if i could give you ten stars i would !!

Called to inform me of a major medical diagnosis over the phone. When I questioned it, the nurse told.me if I had questions to come in. Was going to wait and see specialist but developed a sinus infection where I have pressure on the ear. Get it every year. Go to see them. The nurse told me that could be COVID and you're not coming in here. Told her it has to be flushed every year and I'd need to come in for that. Tolde.to make a uturn and park my truck in the line for parking lot visit only. Told her the space was tight for.my truck and I didnt have COVID. Told me to park as I would not he treated there and walked away. Tried to message office, they told me that they couldn't help me unless I came in. I prob shouldn't drive a big truck bc I park far away and not.good at parking. But I was just really frustrated at how little they cared.
