They took good care of my pets for years. I do wish they gave a multi pet discount. UPDATE: I fear the time has come for my tiny 14 year old chihuahua. She is walking around crying, and digging in her bed. We've been going to this vet for over 20 years, and 10 pets. They can't possibly fit her in the schedule today. I think they changed hands some years back. Sad.

The techs and vet are very good at their job and it is certainly more affordable than some other places but I HATE the waiting in line business model. Like I’d rather pay more than wait 2-4 hours with a cat meowing in my car the whole time. But maybe that’s how they are so affordable? IDK, if you don’t have a lot of money but are a responsible pet parent this is a good option just bring a thick book.

I had been going to Kind Care for almost 8 years for my two Cocker Spaniels. We all know that Cockers have ear issues, and skin issues, however I cannot remember a time that they cleared either issue for more then a few weeks. I decided to switch after my 9 yr old Cocker became suddenly ill on 8/15 and needed to be put to sleep. After hearing what was wrong with him, his blood had no platelets, I had to make the hard decision I placed him in my lap to snuggle him as long as I could. As I sat there holding him I was presented with $505.00 bill for that day before they even administered the procedure taking time away from me spending the final moments with my beloved pet. The only good thing that happened that day was I got to hold him as he passed, the doctor took care in that regard. Four days later my other dog needed an Xray for a follow up on his ACL surgery he had in Wilmington. I was quoted $235.00 and signed the quote, when my husband picked him up it was $485.00. Apparently they decided to examine him for a skin issue without my approval, and send home more medication. I called and this was refunded. I was upset that they would provide a service without my permission, they never called me to ask if I approved. The following week I called Wilmington to check on the results of his X Rays, and they advised me that they never received the X Rays, I had to call twice to get this sent by Kind Care, again I paid for the X Rays. I decided to switch Vets, on 8/29 10 days after his last visit to Kind Care, when he was seen he had a severe ear infection in both ears. Our new Vet reviewed his records and recommended a treatment path which Kind Care has never recommended. Currently, he is on the path to clear ears and feeling much better. I can't begin to say how much money I have spent over the years for ear and skin services, as you can see in one week alone the bill was almost $1000.00. I am upset with myself for not seeing that the lack of proper treatment, not for the lack of me not taking them in, was hurting my beloved pets.

Been bringing our dogs to KC since my family moved down to SC, about 18 years ago, give or take. They've always been our go-to, when we needed vet assistance. Especially since my Husky developed glaucoma, and unfortunately went blind, KC helped to the best of their abilities to ease his pain, then to prolong his remaining good eye, until glaucoma unfortunately took the eye.

prices are high and there where fleas in the room while me and my dogs where waiting for the doctor to see us. There were several jumping on the ground thank god my dogs are protected! The staff is very friendly and the doctors explain everything good. It just costs way too much!

The staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, loving to my dog and overall provides a very positive experience. This visit was just for toenails trimmed and was quick. I appreciate the care my sweet furry companion gets here.

This place has been such an amazing experience each visit two were emergency ‼️ one for annual check up . Dr and all staff simply wonderful ? Our girls TY too ? continuing to heal and happy we’re patients here ❤️
