Ashlynn was just the right mix of professional yet friendly! She was very knowledgeable. And her presentation was not pushy hard sell which I greatly appreciate because that just makes me feel trapped and looking for an escape! We are looking around but HearingLife is definitely in the running!

I was greeted immediately by the friendly receptionist and given the new patient paperwork to fill out. After returning the information, I was greeted by Michele and taken into her office. She explained very clearly what the test consisted of and after the test, she showed and explained the results. She placed a pair of hearing aids on me and we discussed what I was able to hear.Then she indicated what my insurance would cover.Unfortunately, it was not in our budget at this time. There was no pressure, and she said if I changed my mind to contact her. Overall it was a positive experience.
