Waterway Pharmacy has been my store of choice since the pharmacy's inception. My travel distance to Waterway pharmacy is substantial. In fact, I pass by numerous well name and advertise pharmacies. That is said only to express the confidence with Waterway Pharmacy and friendless that waterway pharmacy provides. The store is comfortable with ample amount of parking.

I have been a patron of Waterway Pharmacy since they opened, and have been so impressed by the friendly, professional service. The pharmacist and his staff have been like family over the years. They are truly committed to serving my and my family's needs, which are many! It is convenienly located but they also deliver! It is heart-warming to see wonderful people and their small business succeed in our area. I can think of no other pharmacy that I could ever trust in this way. Thank you Moe and everyone at Waterway Pharmacy!!

I’ve been coming here for YEARS. Recieving my “control substance”. These last couple of months I’ve been feeling unwelcome & uncomfortable. I have received attitude every time I ask about my medication. Called to make sure my prescription was sent, attitude. Called again the next day (Friday) around 4:53pm. “Hey did you guys receive my prescription” oh “it’s on back order. we can’t fill. We don’t have.” it’s a Friday. THEY knew they didn’t have it when I called the day before!!!! It’s a “control substance “ so YES I need my medicine!!! & you would think “oh it’s a Friday! Let me call “ms.buck” & let her know we can’t fill. They didn’t even bother!!!! I was so frustrated & scared to even call back up there today because they seem irritated with me. I will not be returning back. It’s very disturbing how the owner always call me out about my “control substance” that he cant run his business correctly. There’s no reason I should’ve to go days without my prescription when they KNEW . They didn’t have it when I called the day before. So I had to I call my doctor. Explaining to her can she please send my prescription over to cvs. She then says that waterway can jus send it over to cvs. Due to its (4:53pm) on FRIDAY. She’s out of office . They’re CLOSED.i called waterway pharmacy back. with frustration in my voice i asked to speak with Mo. (owner) me trying to explain to him what the doctor stated to me. Nothing but aggression & attitude from the time he grabbed the phone. “Ms Buck” (so on about the law) so I ask do you at least have a date or do you know around when you will be able to have my medicine in stock “ms Buck” !!!!!! I hung up! coming here for years . The attitude, aggression, & uncomfortableness I receive is jus humiliating and disturbing. The lack of effort & acknowledgement is uncalled for! It’s unacceptable. Yes I don’t know the medical law. But if you KNOW you didnt have the prescription (I called literally 3 times the day before!)why not say that before letting me think “oh I’ll just try tomorrow. It will be ready” I should’ve been contacted. I procrastinated on calling waterway today. I needed my medicine. Sucks I’m stuck 4 days without my medication. It’s Friday!!!!! (I called the day before asking if my prescription was sent over !!!!!!!) I was humiliated & treated as if I was disturbing the owner. I will no longer step foot in this building ever again. thank you local pharmacy.

If you’re having difficulty finding the medication that your doctors prescribing, Waterway Pharmacy is the place to go. In addition, the service is efficient and very friendly. We’ve even gotten some of our shots. Mohit runs a solid and friendly shop. And we travel a half hour to get there. That’s how good

I have gotten the run around trying to refill a prescription for a week now. First excuses they forget to put it in for a refill because they got a new system. I call Wednesday 8am they said it will be ready at 11am, Thursday I go to pick it up, not ready, they had to order it. Friday 2 pm they say give me an hour at 530 it's still not ready and pharmacist violated my HIPPA. UNPROFESSIONAL

I can’t say enough good things about Waterway Pharmacy.Was tired of the ineptitude and inifficient service at C.V.S. across the street. Mo is the pharmacist here, and will go out of his way to find a generic substitute. I have never waited for more than 5 minutes to get my sucription filled. At CVS you’re going to wait a least 10 minutes or more. And there is only ONE person behind then counter. I’m sooooo glad I switched!!

Waterway Pharmacy would not fill my prescription unless I sent all my prescriptions over to them. I no longer will fill a prescription there any am telling everyone I know about this

Went to fill my script for my pain meds and he would not fill it. He told me that if I transferred all my scripts Over to there they would fill my script. I then told him I get my scripts from mail order. Mo told me then he could not fill my script because I will not transfer all my other scripts over to there.He had been filling my other pain med for over 2 years. I then told him that he had been filling my other pain meds for over 2 years. He said he did that as a favor because I was filling a few scripts there but it is so much cheaper through mail order.

I have never been to a pharmacy that I felt so uncomfortable.Calling to check on a refill staff is rude .short and have said things that left me with a feeling that im being judged!! Oh I get it ,the world does nt revolve around me but everyone does like respect .you don’t need my need my business no thank you.
