Absolutlety the WORST Customer Service ever in my entire life and I am 69 years old! There were three (3) employees and ALL three were totally rude, unprofessional and downright nasty! They called me on a Friday to pick up a window that had been shipped to their location, and I stated that I would be in on Monday to pick it up. When I arrived and stated that I was here to pick up the window, they stated they couldn't help me without any paperwork. I explained that they called me on Friday about picking up the window, and that the window was shipped to them by Moss Supply so I had no paperwork since it was a warranty itme covered by the builder they insisted they couldn't help me without paperwork. After about 5 minutes of back and forth with these rude and unprofesional employees they finally acknowledged that they had the window and I had to go outside to get it. When I asked where outside, the response was just go outside!

Loading I had to do alone, despite the fact that the salesman said I'd have help....therefore, I get to move all of the limber from the rack into my truck, from my truck onto my driveway and finally move it through our house to the back yard.

Went in today and I'm the only person inside 3 people behind counter and NO ONE COULD EVEN SPEAK TO ME. VERY SADWe all talk about buying local and not from the big box stores.We just moved here and now I know where we will not buy from ever. I am also a business man and I would never treat my customers like you did today.You only get one chance to make a customer.Think about it!
