So I am on the phone with the folks at Crescom Bank today after paying my loan off on 6/2/2020! They "couldn't" apply my escrow account towards the payoff. Now they they say the check will be released on 6/25/2020. Steer clear of this bank. They should change there website to www.haveaterriblebank.com One star is being overly generous!! Filed a complaint a complaint at HelpWithMyBank.gov

Went in to get a simple paper notorized and was informed I had to have an account to do so. I explained I called to make sure they could do it andas told they would, they still wouldn't. Did offer to open a new account for me if I wanted to get the papers notorized. No thank you not with that kind of service. Not a way to win new business.

Just opened an account, so experience is short with them. After a really bad experience at the local T D Bank it was refreshing to find a friendly bank to change to. Very good to learn they are able to provide a Debit Card the same day as well as similar services we were already accustomed too. But better yet meet the Branch Manager while there which tells us they do care about their customers. The people we did see were all friendly unlike other places. We do hope the experience continues to be the same into the future. Oh and this is important. You can get in and out without depending so much on your driving skills to save you. It gets hairy around here at times with so much traffic. Yes we are aware we need to change our address on Yelp to being local to Little River.

A qualified person wants to rent a house & you speak to him like he's a 3rd rate citizen. You have now poked the bear with your response to me & I will ensure your name is ruined in this town. See below "papertrail" of how you do refer to your clients. The very email I'm responding to states that you don't refer to your tenants as difficult.... The excerpts of two separate emails below state otherwise. Why is he reading an email sent to his "buddy"? Scott Baucom. These are grown men, not middle school. With 11 years experience leasing properties, sometimes it's best to go ahead and loose a months rent when you know ahead of time that the current residents will be difficult. And this is one of those times. The property is off market until these current tenants leave. They are very difficult and I have no desire to aggravate them. The loss of rent is absolutely the best money spent for sanity. How you treat people like this & still have a business is beyond me but, that's OK, I'll do my part to ensure your workload lessens. Every time I have the opportunity or decide to make the opportunity to affect your business, you can rest assured I'm going to take it. You messed with & spouted off to the wrong person. It's not a threat H. It's a fact. I can give you negative reviews with BBB, with Zillow, Yelp, & any other places that people go to look for information about the prospective rental company. Given the way you treated a prospective client (his childhood buddy just moving to MB from Charlotte), any & all of those would be warranted. That's not a threat, that's telling you that the way you treat people has consequences. Your consequences will be less than glowing reviews where people would go to check on. Treat people the right way, quit thinking or acting like your better than others and you wouldn't have to do deal with people like me that won't stand idly by while you do it. All you had to do was be nice & respectful and you never get an email from me. I'm done...spoke my peace. I don't like you, you don't like me & I'm perfectly fine with that. this is one of the worst banks I had ever had. they cost me money when they bought out my old bank. they would not pay me back for all my old checks from other bank. some of my accounts got closed I have been dealing with this problem for 3 mouths now I just payed the last check off that they would not cash and the money was in the account.
