The staff was helpful with giving me a quote for 4 tires. Then the follow through with ordering and having them install went extremely smooth. Within a day my tires were installed and i was on my way.

I went back to Black’s today, with a front end vibration. I was concerned it was a CV joint. They test drove the car, checked my front end parts, and started with the easiest, and least expensive path. The checked the balance of my tires. Turns out they were out of the balance. Inexpensive repair.

I called these guys to see if they had a new wheel for my 5th wheel. They did. I told them I was on my way and they got me in very quickly. Finished the job and they were very professional at every step of the way. Clean, good looking shop. Everyone was very nice. I definitely recommend this shop.

I was due an oil change. I stopped in to make appt they said they could do it today.
While checking the car Art found I needed 2 filters that were very dirty so I said of course replace them.
The Mgr took me in the previous Saturday to check the car for me before my trip I was so grateful. This is my new car maintenance place for sure.

I had a nail punctured the sidewall of my left front tire. I couldn't see the nail/ screw since it was on the inside of the tire. Unfortunately I had to buy a new tire since the tires on the car only had 20k miles on them. Very quick service. They actually brought my tire into the waiting area to show me the screw in the side wall. Very polite, very professional people. Nails?/ screws are one of those things that you have to put up with if you drive at all.

We are from WV, down here visiting a friend. My car broke down 1 block from her house. DeFalco's towed me to Black's on the recommendation of our friend's daughter and son-in-law (Rachael & Ryan Dinant). I had a call from Black by 8:30 am to discuss the diagnostics and price. Then Black's called again at 11:50 to say the car was done! Can't beat that quick service! The price seemed reasonable for sure!! Also friendly phone manners, too! Thank you so much!
