Had my rear fender chopped and painted along with my saddle bags. The paint job was phenomenal, I could shave my face in the clear coat ?? “After a long day at work, I finally went to leave and my car's engine barely turned over. I was able to make it to Advance Auto Parts in Little River a little panicked. A gentleman came right out and tested my battery. That time the car sounded like it died, but we had a good laugh and he said the battery was dead, but I should be grateful it got me to the parking lot. He was about to get off work, but leaded me back inside to talk to a very friendly woman at the desk and said she could hook me up with the new battery. She rang me up quickly and then said she would be right out to put in the new battery. Both of them gave me outstanding customer service which can be hard to find these days. They were definitely my heroes for the day and I'm simply incredibly grateful for them and the service they provided during a stressful time.”
“Hello, we are on vacation and needed our battery and alternator checked. I called the store and they said they could help. When arriving the sales associate Derrick was Very Friendly and Kind, he came out checked the battery, alternator and starter, he told us what we needed, was super helpful and we got a new battery and were on our way. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. With us being on vacation you never know who or where to go to get auto help, but if we ever need anymore help Napa will be the place we go. Thanks again to Derrick for his help!!!”

I traded 2 vehicles in, Tim came with me to my home and drove the second traded in vehicle back to the dealership. Very pleased with how I was treated from beginning to end. “Had someone contact me incredibly fast when I made an inquiry. I was able to text with the rep which was incredibly convenient since I was at work. Convenience at its finest.The entire process was incredibly straightforward. That said I knew what I wanted going in and didn't have to browse or anything. Bobby was my salesman and I was very impressed (especially as a former retail employee who sold furniture and pitched them). He explained everything and answered all questions with patience. He also made numerous points in conversation to make a genuine connection with me. Being incredibly personable. They basically met me halfway with my target price goal and performed some loops that (in my honest opinion) seemed pretty considerable. Dylan the financial guy was super down to earth and personable. He could clearly tell I was nervous as hell and had a way of being down to earth that helped me relax. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed and pleased with my entire visit. I'm also VERY pleased with their lifetime warranty. I felt like a valued customer and like I got the 5 star treatment.EDIT: Had to follow up a few times about various questions I had. Answering staff were VERY nice and attentive and Dylan didn't seem to mind my questions at all and invited more if needed. Love the fact they don't just dump you once the keys are handed over. You're cared for afterwards.”

The first day of my appointment they didn't have the spark plugs but were great in getting them the following day.
