They scam you in the self car washes. Only used it for 6 minutes and it's 4 dollars for 3 minutes. They charged me 19 dollars. That's insane. This place is a scam

It's not a bad deal. $25 a month for a daily car carwash, less than $1 a day. Can't really beat that. Had great customer service and a friendly staff.

Great place to get your cash washed. Do it yourself or drive Tru has touchless and brush drive thrus. Free vacumns to customers. The only car wash I use.

My first time visiting Arts. Main reason, Zips was closed. The car wash left some kind of sticky Goo all along the bottom rocker panel, (tire shine?) there were no towels or window wash spray for your windows, and the floor mat cleaning machine was out of order.
I tried a $25 wash on my first car and then a $15 washing my second. Absolutely no difference in what was sprayed on my cars.
I'm leaving three stars for effort. Because the guy that preps your car was awesome. He did a thorough job cleaning and provided me a couple of towels and some spray when I walked back to the entrance and asked for them.
Also, I can understand with the location, that people just walk away with your stuff. It's too bad you can't afford for an attendant to walk around and check on folks.
My cars were clean but still needed a lot of post towel work. I spent a lot of time figuring out what to do. All the other people had their own towels. Lesson learned, bring my own interior supplies.
I'll probably give Art's another chance, I'm looking for a monthly car wash service. If the price covered multiple cars, it'd be worth it... But so far, not sure I see the value over Zips.

Other than being able to NOT use my subscription at this Little River Hwy 9 location, my vehicle was cleaned great! How are customers supposed to know that a location has changed owners and we did not receive an email or any communication? I was livid. So FYI, the owner of highway 9 location and Little River Hwy 17 ARE NOT the same owners anymore.

Don’t waste your money. This car wash needs to be updated. I spent $20 on a car wash and my car was still dirty. Every single window looked untouched. The guys at the beginning didn’t scrub my windshield so it was still very dirty. Paid and extra $5 for hot shine and I don’t even think I got it because it doesn’t look like it. Also vacuums don’t have a good suction at all.

Art's car wash is clean,The change dispenser works, the tools work good and I'm totally satisfied. I will be re-visiting Art's again in the future !
