Worst experience I have ever experienced from the post office. Address is literally 1 block from post office. Postal lady was RUDE, disrespectful, racist & threatened to have us arrested for asking POLITELY about our package that U.S.P.S says is inside that very Post Office.

Between the misinformation on the USPS website and the poor service at the counter I'm sad that we are forced to use the mail service provided by usps. What a shame.

I depend on Amazon for many necessities as I am disabled and dove get around well.They mostly refuse to bring my packages to my porchWe are down a gravel road but we have a circular driveway that's easy to access. It's very frustrating My husband is a disabled Veteran and I have mobility issues as well. They do not careThey leave the pink slips saying no one available to receive packages or they just drop it at the gate in the mud and rainThey seldom answer the phone and are very rude when and if they do.Very frustrating.Some of the carriers have been good over the years but for the last 6-7 months it's been horrible!!

I would give 0 stars but that isn't an option. The weekly postal person that delivers my mail will not leave packages for porch delivery if it's raining. She takes it upon herself to change my delivery type. She has hit my mailbox. She has physically thrown my packages across the yard to avoid getting out of her vehicle. She listens to loud, vulgar music while my young children are in the yard. She also will talk on bluetooth in her van which using loud profanity in front of my children as well!!!!!

My girlfriend, who is handicapped from a stroke, and can only use her left hand because she is right handed and partially paralyzed on her right-side,. She needed help to write the address on the envelope and the lady told her she couldn't help because she would get fired if she did. So my girlfriend had to do it herself. Not to mention being very rude to my girlfriend. Even looked at her and said you had a stroke didn't you. I still can't help you

Your best time to go there is when nobody is working and you can just put your mail in the slots or the small deposit door. Unfortunately, it doesn't take bigger boxes. I wouldn't trust them with giving you the correct change on a book of stamps.

Everyone is great except Carrie. BEWARE!! She doesn’t know how to work the machine and will double or triple charge you. Then argue with you when you ask why the same thing you mailed the day before was $3.80 and today’s it $7.80. Same exact thing, same package, same weight, same zip code but different clerk and it’s more Than double the price. I will never go back here if she is working. I went to prosperity and they adjusted it and confirmed she was completely wrong. Beware if Carrie is working.
