Made a appointment for 9:00am. I got there at 10 minutes til and there was nobody there. Talked to the man on the phone and he said he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes and didn’t even remember my appointment. Someone finally got there at 9:30 and told me that something came up and asked if I could reschedule. I said no, I’ve waited for 40 minutes. All I got was a okay. I didn’t get a I’m sorry for your wait, I’m sorry this happened, nothing. He just said okay and walked off. I do not recommend this place at all and I will never be back.

Roy Robinson came highly recommended. Our car was absolutely filthy. We always have some of the grandkids with us and, of course, they eat and drink in the car and the car looked horrible. It had been quite a while since we had the car detailed. I took the car to Roy with it looking so bad I was embarrassed and when we picked it up, it was barely recognizable. It look absolutely great… Like a different car. He did an exceptional job and we are very well pleased. We will definitely be going back. If you need your car washed or detailed… He is your man!

I don't know if it's because I'm a girl or if it's because i have a Jeep & that isn't too "fancy" for them but I'm getting tired of taking my car here just for them not to give a f**k about it. Not only do they not really clean the inside of my car they also continue to charge me a different amount each and every single time i go there. Today i called & the guy on the phone tells me 38, last few times i went i was paying 50$! WTF?! I asked the guy why he keeps switching his prices and he hits me with the " i shine your wheels, i shine your seats", here's the thing... I NEVER ASKED FOR THAT! Do not go upon yourself to add additional services for somebody that did not ask and is not interested! Anyways I'm tired of this place. I tried liking them. I'm tired of my car only looking decent on the outside. I'm done going here. FYI These pictures do not do justice of how dirty my car looked AFTER a wash. Even the outside was filthy. Ugh.

The gentleman was really nice and got to work immediately. He really took his time to get all the nooks and crannies. Super cheap for everything that is done to the car. Excellent job, I will be back for more business.
