“I ordered my truck online and picked it up the next day. Clean equipment, and you are expected to clean it upon return. If not, you are charged to have it cleaned. The process was very quick and easy. Very friendly mom and pop place. If I need a truck again, this is where I will go.”
“Pretty much the best uhaul experience I've had so far. I was able to rent for 3 days no problem with no notice. Didn't need a regional manager calling me. He was more competent than actual uhaul employees and used the card on file by default which uhaul employees don't usually know how to do. Adds security and prevents wasted time. I had a hiccup with the overhead cab light with the truck I was renting and he immediately made it his priority and upgraded me to a brand new truck, while being very apologetic. Trucks are well taken care of, clean and don't smell of smoke like others I've had in the past. Also, it's convenient that the drop off is a gas station. Removes an extra stop. He was eager to do the review and turn in process, which I don't like to do. I did it on the app because only a select few uhauls will do it for you, but it's nice to know this is one of them.Him and his wife were very pleasant and concise. Not sure I trust the 1 star rant w/ the college level excuse to get a discount, lol.”
