Ive never had terrible customer service when I needed help with something. Brad helped me with a payment issue that I was having. It was completely my fault but he went out of his way to help fix the situation. The storage facilities really are secured and very well kept up.

The owner of this storage units is very professional. I have no complaints. If you do have any problems he will try to work with you. The storage area is well maintained and has cameras to watch if anything is wrong.

I have had a great experience with Liberty Secure Storage since Jan. 2018. My interactions with the owner have been very pleasant, friendly and positive. The location is secure and very convenient, and I would recommend this facility to everyone.

Me and my sister have had a storage unit with them for years now. The owners/operators have been outstanding in setting up our payments and helping us pick the right size and upgrading when we needed it. Over all they are extremely friendly and understanding. They are easy to reach when we had questions and concerns. Very down to earth business mentality. I'd rate a thousands stars and recommend to everyone!

OK so I'm extremely pissed off. My storage building was broken into July 5th and I was never contacted. He says he left me a message OK well I never got a message. Plus I have talked this man 2 times since then never did he bring it up. OK let me guess it's not your stuff so you could care less. The bad thing is the cop even told me that this isn't the time this has happened n guess what the code is still the same to the front gate going on at least two years now. I just want ppl to know if ur storage gets broken into its a your loss situation. I will be seeking on a lawyer to speak too Bc business like that should have insurance that cover all your losses as well as theirs. The only good thing I will tell you is the guy will work with you if your running behind but THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION. WHICH IS BAD BUISNESS.
